Water Series Domed Sconce
This sconce is made in our Water Series design, which features a glittering pattern of drops and waves, all cut and arranged by hand. In addition to being formed as a dome that projects from the wall, the surface of this sconce ripples and undulates, echoing its aquatic theme. As a finishing touch, the sconce is sandblasted to soften and diffuse the light coming from within. The glass is cradled by forked stainless arms on the sides, and one small trough on the bottom.

George C. Scott Studios specializes in Art Glass design and fabrication as it applies to architectural features, lighting, surfaces and sculpture. I have a thirty plus year history working in residential, restaurant, casino, hotel, and educational facilities. Fabrication techniques include glass blowing, casting, fusing, kiln forming, and associated metal work. I like to do what hasn't been done.
I can help you turn your vision into reality using a wide variety of materials and fabrication techniques.
