Mark
For Mark's Guitar display casesThe cases were completed ahead of schedule however, some things were changed such as the joint type (different joint used then proposed) and installation of silver latches versus the proposes brass (even though I accepted the silver after all.) The communication was a bit lacking but ended up ok in the end. The value does not meet the cost of the units in my opinion and they should have been $75 per case less and it would have been fine. I did not argue the price and paid in full the agreed to price but I feel I overpaid about $225 total.
All in all the cases are acceptable and will be hung in my living room showcasing my prized guitars!

For Hinged wooden boxI was very pleased with my hinged wooden box. I wanted a simple design and Steve delivered a beautiful box that met all of my criteria. His communication was clear, he kept me informed of progress along the way and delivered just what I wanted in the time frame outlined at the start. I would definitely recommend working with this maker.

For table top like the "formica topped table"I was very happy with my table top. It was way better than I expected! Everybody comments on how good it looks.
I was just impressed with Stephen's woodworking skills though, I was impressed with his whole professionalism. He was always prompt and courteous when getting back to me. Also, he allowed me to change the dimensions after the original proposal.
Even the wrapping of the table top that was delivered to us was extremely thorough and professional. I don't know how anyone can wrap anything that well. It took us a LONG time to unwrap. In the end though, it was worth it because now we have a perfect table top.

For Jeffrey's Vanity for a small BathroomHe was great to communicate with. You can't go wrong working with him. What was nice was he suggested some things I had not considered in the design which I then incorporated. I already have another idea for a project for WIBN!
