Maple And Padauk Wall Frame
Frame is made from Hard Maple with a 1/2" Padauk Trim strip on the exterior edge and a 1/8" strip on the interior edge. Exterior edge has a Bevel. Made to fit a 8" x 11" matte. Can be delivered with the hanging wire install so that either dimension will be horizontal. Finish is three coats of sprayed Gloss Lacquer.

We have been in business since 1974. We produce Handcrafted Furniture, Cabinetry and Wooden Boxes from Domestic and Exotic wood and as well as material salvaged from Old Buildings. Our goal is to produce a product to the customers requirments and expectations and to deliver it in a timely manner.
All items are Custom made to customers requirements (i.e.: - Size, Wood Species, Interior configuration).
I have also operated a small Custom Remodeling business, (Colonial Building and Remodeling - PA Registration # 006064), since 1974 and perform all kinds of work from fixing a door problem to Constructing and Finishing an entire Addition. Capable of performing Rough and Finish Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall (Installation and Finishing), Painting, Cabinetry Construction and Installation, Tile/Slate Installation, Hardwood and Laminate Floor Installation and Finish Trim Work. Have performed Restoration work on a 105 year old Adirondack Lodge on Lake George, NY. , a 100 yr old house in Valatie NY, and a 250 yr old stone manor house in the Lebanon PA. area. Willing to travel to perform work and install my items.

For Custom Sized Door5.0Steve made exactly the doors I was expecting and completed the project in the timeframe he quoted. He delivered the doors himself and did so on the first of several possible delivery dates I provided.
Throughout the process he communicated in a very timely fashion through the website and provided pictures of the finished product before arranging delivery.
This was my first custom project through custommade.com and I must admit I was hesitant. When it comes to additions to my home I very much like to approve materials in advance but this project went so smoothly, and the product is so excellent that I'll definitely try it again. For Mahogany Book Display Box4.5Stephen did an excellent job throughout the process. He communicated the status of the project regularly and kept me up to date. The work quality was excellent. On shipping, my issue was with FedEx. While Stephen packed the item well, the box looked like someone had tossed it around and stepped on it. Might try UPS, they seem to do a better job in my opinion. Overall, a great experience…Thank you Stephen.
