Wine bottle holder is self supporting (when a bottle of wine is inserted into the hole, otherwise it can be easily stored flat). Holder is made from Monkeywood. Edges have been radiused. Finish is three coats of Gloss Lacquer.

We have been in business since 1974. We produce Handcrafted Furniture, Cabinetry and Wooden Boxes from Domestic and Exotic wood and as well as material salvaged from Old Buildings. Our goal is to produce a product to the customers requirments and expectations and to deliver it in a timely manner.
All items are Custom made to customers requirements (i.e.: - Size, Wood Species, Interior configuration).
I have also operated a small Custom Remodeling business, (Colonial Building and Remodeling - PA Registration # 006064), since 1974 and perform all kinds of work from fixing a door problem to Constructing and Finishing an entire Addition. Capable of performing Rough and Finish Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall (Installation and Finishing), Painting, Cabinetry Construction and Installation, Tile/Slate Installation, Hardwood and Laminate Floor Installation and Finish Trim Work. Have performed Restoration work on a 105 year old Adirondack Lodge on Lake George, NY. , a 100 yr old house in Valatie NY, and a 250 yr old stone manor house in the Lebanon PA. area. Willing to travel to perform work and install my items.

He delivered the doors himself and did so on the first of several possible delivery dates I provided. Throughout the process he communicated in a very timely fashion through the website and provided pictures of the finished product before arranging delivery. This was my first custom project through custommade.com and I must admit I was hesitant. When it comes to additions to my home I very much like to approve materials in advance but this project went so smoothly, and the product is so excellent that I'll definitely try it again. (But I'll still be nervous ;-) I will definitely tap Steve again for any future carpentry projects,

He was very professional and punctual. He personally delivered the piece. it is a beautiful piece of furniture and will be an heirloom item for our family. this was my first time to use Custom Made and it was a great experience
