Large Maple Armoires
The Armoire Cases are 36" Wide x 24" deep x 96" High and were constructed with Solid Maple Rails and Stiles and the inset panels are 1/2" Birch plywood. The shelves are 3/4" Birch plywood and are adjustable on 1" increments. Cabinet One was constructed with two (2) clothing bars while Cabinet Two has a storage shelf unit (which is removable and can be used as a stand alone cabinet). There is a removable Jewelry storage cabinet which has four(4) drawers. The top two drawers have removable dividers and all the drawers have a Blue Felt Liner. The second Cabinet also has a semi-hidden hanging Jewelry storage area on the side. The door operates with a touch latch and swings open 110 degrees on Knife hinges. The Finish is "Minwax" Cherry stain with four coats of sprayed Semi-gloss Polyurethane. Both cabinets have 3-1/2" high removable Legs on each corner. The doors swing on three way adjustable Soft Close European style hings with a 120 degree opening.

We have been in business since 1974. We produce Handcrafted Furniture, Cabinetry and Wooden Boxes from Domestic and Exotic wood and as well as material salvaged from Old Buildings. Our goal is to produce a product to the customers requirments and expectations and to deliver it in a timely manner.
All items are Custom made to customers requirements (i.e.: - Size, Wood Species, Interior configuration).
I have also operated a small Custom Remodeling business, (Colonial Building and Remodeling - PA Registration # 006064), since 1974 and perform all kinds of work from fixing a door problem to Constructing and Finishing an entire Addition. Capable of performing Rough and Finish Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall (Installation and Finishing), Painting, Cabinetry Construction and Installation, Tile/Slate Installation, Hardwood and Laminate Floor Installation and Finish Trim Work. Have performed Restoration work on a 105 year old Adirondack Lodge on Lake George, NY. , a 100 yr old house in Valatie NY, and a 250 yr old stone manor house in the Lebanon PA. area. Willing to travel to perform work and install my items.

For Custom Sized Door5.0Steve made exactly the doors I was expecting and completed the project in the timeframe he quoted. He delivered the doors himself and did so on the first of several possible delivery dates I provided.
Throughout the process he communicated in a very timely fashion through the website and provided pictures of the finished product before arranging delivery.
This was my first custom project through custommade.com and I must admit I was hesitant. When it comes to additions to my home I very much like to approve materials in advance but this project went so smoothly, and the product is so excellent that I'll definitely try it again. (But I'll still be nervous ;-)
