Reclaimed Oak Wood Desk
Desk was Custom designed and constructed for a Customer in NYC. It is made from Reclaimed Oak Boards and is 62" Long x 27" Wide x 31" Tall. Base Cabinets are 16" Wide each. Left Side Cabinet has Four Pull out Drawers of various depths and the Right Side Cabinet has a top Drawer and a Door with a Slide Out Shelf for the Computer Tower. The Door was made to mimic the Left Side Cabinet. The entire unit was lightly sanded (to leave as much Patina as possible) and then a Coat of Sealer was applied. The Top has Three Coats of Sealer. All Drawers are on Full Extension Ball Bearing Slides and the Door is Hung on 170 degree European Hinges. The unit can be disassembled for ease of moving. There are Felt Pads on the bottom of the Base Cabinets for ease of moving the unit and to keep it from scratching the Floor.

We have been in business since 1974. We produce Handcrafted Furniture, Cabinetry and Wooden Boxes from Domestic and Exotic wood and as well as material salvaged from Old Buildings. Our goal is to produce a product to the customers requirments and expectations and to deliver it in a timely manner.
All items are Custom made to customers requirements (i.e.: - Size, Wood Species, Interior configuration).
I have also operated a small Custom Remodeling business, (Colonial Building and Remodeling - PA Registration # 006064), since 1974 and perform all kinds of work from fixing a door problem to Constructing and Finishing an entire Addition. Capable of performing Rough and Finish Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall (Installation and Finishing), Painting, Cabinetry Construction and Installation, Tile/Slate Installation, Hardwood and Laminate Floor Installation and Finish Trim Work. Have performed Restoration work on a 105 year old Adirondack Lodge on Lake George, NY. , a 100 yr old house in Valatie NY, and a 250 yr old stone manor house in the Lebanon PA. area. Willing to travel to perform work and install my items.

For Reclaimed Wood Desk5.0I wanted to wait until a few months after i got this desk to review it. It's always better once you have a product for a bit to see how it works, fits, etc.
This is by far the most amazing piece of furniture I have ever owned. I specifically wanted an unusual size in height and width and the maker totally came through. He was incredibly communicative the whole way through and the installation (desk would not fit through the door fully assembled) was flawless. He even walked me through taking it apart when we have to move. Simple amazing and I am INCREDIBLY happy with this desk!
