Sapele Exterior Door Unit
Custom Door (2) was constructed from Ribbon SAPELE. Door dimensions are 1-3/4" Thick x 32" Wide x 80" High. Door construction included Door Jambs made from the same material. Each Door has Five Frosted Glass Panels that can be removed from the Interior side for ease of replacing if necessary. Bottom of Door has a Rubber sweep and Bottom of Jamb has an Adjustable Sill. Hinges are Ball Bearing style due to weight of Door. Door was drilled for Lockset and Deadbolt. Vinyl Weather Stripping was applied to perimeter of Jamb where it meets Door. Door was Stained with two coats of MINWAX Red Mahogany and has Four coats of Exterior Polyurethane applied. Shipping is an extra cost and will vary depending on location.

We have been in business since 1974. We produce Handcrafted Furniture, Cabinetry and Wooden Boxes from Domestic and Exotic wood and as well as material salvaged from Old Buildings. Our goal is to produce a product to the customers requirments and expectations and to deliver it in a timely manner.
All items are Custom made to customers requirements (i.e.: - Size, Wood Species, Interior configuration).
I have also operated a small Custom Remodeling business, (Colonial Building and Remodeling - PA Registration # 006064), since 1974 and perform all kinds of work from fixing a door problem to Constructing and Finishing an entire Addition. Capable of performing Rough and Finish Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall (Installation and Finishing), Painting, Cabinetry Construction and Installation, Tile/Slate Installation, Hardwood and Laminate Floor Installation and Finish Trim Work. Have performed Restoration work on a 105 year old Adirondack Lodge on Lake George, NY. , a 100 yr old house in Valatie NY, and a 250 yr old stone manor house in the Lebanon PA. area. Willing to travel to perform work and install my items.

For Bed Frame5.0It was a pleasure working with Stephen. He was very fast with the work and gave some really good insight and provided much help when I was deciding what to do with my project. The delivery was easy to set up. He completed the work in a timely manner and even cleaned and removed any garbage when he was done. He stayed on top of things throughout the project and actually gave me more options to personalize my project in more ways than I thought I can. I would 100% do more with him.

For Reclaimed Wood Desk5.0I wanted to wait until a few months after i got this desk to review it. It's always better once you have a product for a bit to see how it works, fits, etc.
This is by far the most amazing piece of furniture I have ever owned. I specifically wanted an unusual size in height and width and the maker totally came through. He was incredibly communicative the whole way through and the installation (desk would not fit through the door fully assembled) was flawless. He even walked me through taking it apart when we have to move. Simple amazing and I am INCREDIBLY happy with this desk!
