Amboyna Burl Knife Block
This was a custom knife block built for a client in California. A collector of fabulous wood samples, he sent us a small slab of amboyna burl. The pieces were meticulously studied and pieced together in order that the live edge flowed not only on each side, but around each corner. The pieces are held together with steel and bamboo holds the knives in place.
