Oct 24, 2017I was pleased with the communication with Cheryl Rosa. She was helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. She also was on target with the time she gave me for the personalized tray to be completed. I was notified as to when I would receive it and I did get it on the day I was told. I am pleased with the finished product. The tray is a wedding gift and I know the couple it is for is going to love it and use it for many years to come. I am glad to be able to give a fine review to Custom Made and the artist, Cheryl Rosa. Interestingly, my husband and I received a lovely tile personalized tray as a gift many years ago and just noticed that in the corner is "C. Rosa." Obviously, but unbeknown to me when I ordered the tray, Cheryl is the same artist who made the tray my husband and I received as a gift!
