Area served: United States Nationwide and Canada Shipping Methods: SHIPPING IS FREE to the LOWER 48 STATES. Other locations please contact us for a shipping quote. We use FedEx Ground for smaller orders and Drop Ship Common Carrier for larger sizes. Drop Ship is curbside only delivery, however, for additional fee, inside delivery is available.

ALL products are made to order. Once an order has been placed there is a 5 day cancellation period during which the customer can cancel the order and receive a full refund. After the 5 day period, the order can not be cancelled. Returns are not accepted on furniture. If there is a mistake or defect that is determined to be the fault of Vienna Woodworks, we will work with you to find a remedy. We will address all issues through dialogue on the Custom Made website. Our highest priority is customer satisfaction!
