Shtender / Lectern
A movable lectern created, in this case, for a cantor to position the sheet music upon, to sing the prayers for the service. It is unusual to combine both red and white oak, but I am drawn to using subtly different materials, and the existing furnishings used both woods. The top is adjustable using an allen key nested into a slot in the back. You will not see joinery like this again.
