Every order comes with installation instructions. We can recommend tile installers. For some projects, we offer FreeStile Installation kits, if you want to install our tiles yourself. FreeSTILE™ - Our Masterpieces framed and “free” to be installed on top of existing field tiles, without holes or hardware. FreeSTILE Masterpiece is a wonderful "Green Option" that is "installed" on top of an existing tile installation.

Customer has Final Approval - Projects are done in stages, and customer has control over cancellation in each stage. Custom artwork is not returnable or refundable, but we will continue creating until satisfaction is found.
