Versatile Tall Storage Cabinet
An inquiry from a new client in Chicago became the driving force behind this piece that will fill a nook next to a stone fireplace. Even though a built-in cabinet may seem likely, the client wants to make sure this piece remains in their family for years to come. We were provided a fair amount of liberties when it came to the overall design and we could not be more pleased with the result. A fairly traditional cabinet with a few unique flairs; recessed solid hardwood drawers, hand distressed black paint, and german antique glass panel doors give this a decidedly 'Cole-Train' feel. It's tough to continue to refer to every piece as our new favorite but the trend continues, a new favorite has been created!

Cole-Train Productions is a one-man operation working out of a small shop in the heart of Iowa City, Iowa. I am a 5th generation carpenter who builds furniture the way it should be built; with quality materials, an eye for unique design, and a durability you won't find in the big-box furniture store down the street.
