No refund: - on pieces once material has been ordered. - once piece has been started. Cancellation: -contact me and if the ordered item has not been started or material ordered then 85% refund is allowed -if item is cancelled after item is ordered and material purchased but no work on project has begun a 50% refund is allowed. Returns: -Due to the project as a special order one of kind nature there is no return allowed -if project is damaged in shipping contact shipper and get a settlement and then contact me and we can work out plan to fix or remake damaged project
