Depth Vortex - Glass Fused Artwork - 5 Panel Composition
Eight koi swim spiraling towards the ocean deep. The design's lines keep the organic natural flow without strict straight lines or frames. Five panels varying in three depth levels create the composition which can be altered to expand and change the outer dimensions. Glass powders, pieces, and chips create the multi-layered artwork. Voids add additional drama and the eighth fish.

My contemporary nature inspired artworks are created with multiple layers of fused glass which are kiln fired for a textural surface.
The design’s edges flow beyond rigid straight lines with elements moving into the wall space.
The use of powdered glass and voids add depth and drama.
Some compositions can have more than one panel and variations of depth raising the design from 1/2" to 3" from the wall's surface.
