Deep crimson orchids blossom open in a wispy textural white and clear iridescent under surface. Petal and leaf tips flow beyond the base circle design of this glass fused artwork. The glass fusing is 15"w x 16"h. The overall size within the metal stand is 15 ¾"w x 18"h x 5 ½"d.

Glass Trans-Fusing
My contemporary nature inspired artworks are created with multiple layers of fused glass which are kiln fired for a textural surface.
The design’s edges flow beyond rigid straight lines with elements moving into the wall space.
The use of powdered glass and voids add depth and drama.
Some compositions can have more than one panel and variations of depth raising the design from 1/2" to 3" from the wall's surface.
