Obscure- Glass Fused Artwork
Three golden yellow swallowtails float under blue tubular cells within a circle perimeter. Each cell is rises ¼" from the base with an overall thickness of ½". Fusing glass pieces, chips and powders are combined to create this nature inspired glass fused artwork. It can be wall mounted using a black metal holder or table displayed. The glass is a 15" circle.

My contemporary nature inspired artworks are created with multiple layers of fused glass which are kiln fired for a textural surface.
The design’s edges flow beyond rigid straight lines with elements moving into the wall space.
The use of powdered glass and voids add depth and drama.
Some compositions can have more than one panel and variations of depth raising the design from 1/2" to 3" from the wall's surface.
