Jewelry Chest/Armoire - Walnut And Figured Maple

This hand-crafted jewelry chest is made from Walnut and features Figured Maple door panels and drawer fronts. It has two storage areas with spinning brass hooks for hanging bracelets or necklaces. There is enough height to hang a necklace approximately 18" long without touching the bottom. The jewelry chest also has 5 drawers for storing rings, earrings, or other small items. The drawers have a finger pull to make them easy to remove. The door pulls are made from East Indian Rosewood. The back is made from white pine. The finish is a combination of shellac, wiping varnish, and wax to enhance the natural beauty of the wood, and make it smooth to the touch.
