Rambling Road Designs stands behind their product with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and do everything in our power to create a solid and well constructed product. If construction related problems should arise up to 60 days after delivery, Rambling Road Designs will repair the problem to the customers satisfaction, or replace the item. Client will be responsible for return shipping. On custom made orders should the need arise to cancel the order once production has begun but before delivery has been made, client will forfeit the deposit.
