Custom heirloom quality humidors handcrafted in the U.S. by American craftsmen. These are not imports, each one is lovingly crafted from quality Spanish cedar lumber and created one at a time in our studio here in the U.S. The decoration you see is not a sticker or decal but inlaid woods. Each color is a different piece of wood using exotic, domestic and dyed veneers carefully put together to create the designs you see. The process is called marquetry and has been around for thousands of years. It is a time consuming process but well worth the effort. SPECIAL NOTE: Humidor shown is an example only to represent our capabilities and what the customer of this particular unit requested. Pricing shown is for the base unit with a one color inlay. It does not necessarily represent what the customer paid. Mulit-color inlay work or other accessories and options are available but may effect the price. The base price includes, a solid Spanish cedar humidor, size varies with 3/4" walls with a group 1 veneer covering of your choice, one color inlay, gold plated quadrant hinges, 50mm all metal analog hygrometer with mineral crystal lens, gold plated waterfall bezel and stainless steel back. Boveda humidification kit for seasoning and first round of maintenance. Custom grill in the top. Scratch resistant satin lacquer finish, certificate of authenticity for Made in the U.S. and any inlay work plus postage within the U.S. only. Depending on the size ordered it may or may not include custom grill in the bottom and side vents for Boveda packets, lift out tray, dividers, and fabric lined drawer. We work with you to design a humidor that is unique to you or the person who will receive it. We can work with a theme, a logo, a message, just about anything you can imagine. Anyone can simply engrave but we do so much more. We will provide you with examples of different woods to choose from, accessories and more. Once we have finalized the design we will provide you with a visual representation of what the humidor will look like before we build it. At this point changes can be made. Once approved the construction begins. Our humidor are available in 12, 24, 50, 75, 100, 120 and 150 count. We can make custom sizes as well, please contact us for a quote. QUALITY TAKES TIME: Because each humidor is handmade from scratch, it takes time. Average production can take 4 to 6 weeks from the date of art approval, but depending on size and amount of inlay required. it can take longer. For customers needing something quickly, we offer a presentation letter that can be presented for that special occasion. It will have a visual representation of what the humidor will look like along with a statement saying that a quality humidor has been commissioned specifically for the recipient but quality takes time and their special gift will arrive soon.
