Colleen is absolutely fantastic. I gave her a very broad idea of what I wanted and she came up with a great design. My box was incredibly clean looking and solid. Nothing gets stuck or moved too easily. The color of the wood stain was exactly what I asked for. She even notified me of a slight shipping delay due to extreme weather in Montana. I am absolutely going to order from her again. Thanks Colleen!

The Palmer's were just wonderful to work with and my wooden sign which I had them put an old fashioned phone on and a message of "Don't forget your cell phone!", came out perfect.... We are extremely happy with the finished product. They were very professional and thoughtful during the whole process. We sent multiple photos to be carved on the sides of the urn and we are so pleased, the carvings look just like our son. The details are beautiful. The craftsmanship is wonderful. I wanted something unique and special and not only is the urn unique and special but the experience of working with Palmer Union Design was as well.

Finished project was exceptional! Especially impressed with attention to detail and quick responses as we worked through the specifics of this project. Would definitely recommend!

Colleen was very easy to work with. She kept communication open and was very timely in her responses. She answered all of my questions without any issues. I was looking for something special for my sister and her husband's 25th wedding anniversary ... I had "something" in my mind and through email exchanges the Palmer's were able to create a beautiful gift for my my sister's anniversary ... in addition, they were able to get it done in a rather short timeframe ... the name plaque is lovely!!

This was my first project on the CustomMade website and I can say without a doubt I couldn't have picked a better team to work on my project than Palmer Union Design. They took my idea and turned it into something so much better - and within budget! They were very nice to work with and even sent me pictures of the work in progress. The final product was a wood sign for my Grandma's "casino room" which was given to her for Christmas. If I could post a picture of how happy and excited she was to see this sign I would. I am blown away--have been repeatedly blown away--by the incredible insight, skill, and craftsmanship of Bob and Colleen Palmer. They knew exactly what I was trying to do, and in the end created something for me that was even better than I could have conceived of myself. I cannot express my gratitude and amazement at the work that they have done for me. I don't know if I'll ever bother to look for anyone else to work with.

We love the family plaque that was made for us. It is so awesome!!! Thanks so much for the wonderful design. It's absolutely gorgeous and even better than I could have imagined it.

Very happy with the final product. Will work with maker again, if the chance presented itself!

I crafted a design for a cutting board and although there were flaws in my design which caused a few setbacks Bob and Colleen were patient and willing to find ways to work around the issues and I ended up with a product that was exactly what I had hoped for. I just received my board in the mail and it looks great! Colleen regularly sent updates which made me feel confident that the finished product would be just what I wanted. Plus, I got it just in time for Christmas! Thanks so much, Bob and Colleen!!

The round oak frame that the Palmers made for me is just beautiful! They do lovely work. I would be happy to recommend them and would definitely order from them again.

I had a project for a Targe (Scottish shield). Throughout the progression of its being made, I was sent pictures and sketches to make sure the Targe looked the way I wanted it to look. The end product was excellent, definitely no complaints here!

Bob and Colleen did an absolutely fantastic job on this project. They completely understood what I was looking for and put it together in very high quality gift! I can not recommend them enough!
