Navy Cremation Urn

We made this cremation urn for my husband's father. He was a Navy veteran and passed away after battling cancer for many years. We designed the urn while his dad was still alive. We feel privileged to be able to create the final resting place for a loved one. This urn is made from corian, the Navy emblem was carved into the lid with CNC router, then hand painted. The photo was scanned from an original photo, then repainted in Photoshop, then attached to the wood inlay and finished with a clear coating.

    This was my first project on the CustomMade website and I can say without a doubt I couldn't have picked a better team to work on my project than Palmer Union Design. They took my idea and turned it into something so much better - and within budget! They were very nice to work with and even sent me pictures of the work in progress. The final product was a wood sign for my Grandma's "casino room" which was given to her for Christmas. If I could post a picture of how happy and excited she was to see this sign I would.
