Dec 27, 2016Colleen is absolutely fantastic. I gave her a very broad idea of what I wanted and she came up with a great design. My box was incredibly clean looking and solid. Nothing gets stuck or moved too easily. The color of the wood stain was exactly what I asked for. She even notified me of a slight shipping delay due to extreme weather in Montana. Aug 9, 2013I had a project for a Targe (Scottish shield). Throughout the progression of its being made, I was sent pictures and sketches to make sure the Targe looked the way I wanted it to look. The end product was excellent, definitely no complaints here!

Jul 9, 2012Colleen and Bob were great throughout the experience. I wasn't sure what I wanted and Colleen sent me drafts until I found just the right cabinet. Although it took a little bit longer than I expected the communication was continuous. I never had to wonder if they were working on the project as I got continuous updates. The final project was amazing as you and tell from the photo. We had one minor hitch with the mirrors which Bob and Colleen resolved in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Palmer Union Design and would work with them again. thank you so much!

Sep 27, 2016The Palmer's were just wonderful to work with and my wooden sign which I had them put an old fashioned phone on and a message of "Don't forget your cell phone!", came out perfect....
