Fall Feather Flury
This is is an example of one of my custom carvings. It is 17 feet tall. It was mounted with a metal straps anchored by a concrete footing. This piece has 14 birds, 3 fish and a turtle. I have attached the loons, fish and turtle separately to help disguise the straps as well as carving a similar pattern on the wood behind the straps. These add pieces also give this sculpture larger foot print and helps it look less log bound.
