Hornet mascot spins on vertical axis when rear propeller is turned. Made of birch, curly maple, colorwood wheels, paper-mache, steel gears and paint. Dimensions : 74" h. 72" w. 24' d.

Since 1978 , I have designed and made furniture and functional objects , mostly made of wood , usually one-of a-kind or in very limited editions . While many of my projects posted on CustomMade have a lighthearted and whimsical flavor , I have also built many pieces in traditional styles too . I use the best materials and construction methods in every piece , then apply durable finishes to withstand everyday use . I often work with designers and directly with clients to create a unique piece to fill a particular need or space in their home or office. I love to collaborate!
