Area served: We can ship to any address in the world. Shipping Methods: Shipping averages 1-2 weeks for items in stock and 8-12 weeks for items that have to be custom made. Particularly large or complex chandeliers may take more time. Holidays can also extend this time. Every item is packed very carefully to ensure that it will not be damaged during shipping. All of the products are shipped fully insured to protect the customer against any damage. Our partner glass studios have been shipping all over the world for more than a century. We have contracts with multiple major shipping companies that guarantees the best possible shipping rates.

For our products that are completely hand made to a clients custom specifications, no refunds or returns are available. Once the glassblowers have begun working on an order it is not possible to cancel it. We are very thorough up front and this has never been an issue for us in the past. Once the details have been determined we have not had an instance of a client wanting to cancel.
