Work will not begin until at least a 50% deposit has been received. If a project is cancelled prior to the commencement of work, a full refund of payment to date (at least of my part of the transaction) will be provided. If work has begun, at the time of cancellation, the deposit is forfeit. Once an item has been accepted, i.e., authorized for shipment, no return or refund will be made. If there is a material defect in the problem, not caused by abuse or misuse, I will work with the buyer to remedy the situation.
