Steampunk Styled Top Hat And Hatband
Steampunk themes are reflected in this handcrafted, all leather "top hat." The three pieces (top, sides and brim) are laced together. The steampunk theme is continued with the hatband which has steampunk conchos and metal spots. Size is based on the measurement of the circumference of the buyer's head.
