Product is perfect and exactly as advertised. The workmanship is impeccable and sized just as I requested. Shipping was fast, and I received my straps nearly an entire week ahead of the estimated delivery date. I would absolutely work with Ric again, and highly recommend his skill and expertise to others.

Ric worked with a picture of the straps I needed and helped me size them correctly. When he was done he sent me pics and a description of the work accomplished. It was a professional job done quickly and to my specs.

My belt is a real quality piece. Ric listened to my needs and communicated things clearly and quickly. Will buy from him again!

I was extremely happy with the quality and workmenship of both items I custom created and received. My only complaint was that neither of the bracelets fit… At all! So I am disappointed, because there is nothing I can do since they were a personalized project. They are too small and he can't even get them on. I am so so sad because they were a 12th Anniversary and Fathers Day present I have been saving for my husband as a gift. He will not even be able to wear them now. The sizing was a concern I had while making these projects- I gave the wrist measurements and let the creator know my concern, and he said he would make them bigger on the length so they would fit comfortably.

The larger cuffed bracelet I ordered, which takes up more wrist space, could not even be snapped closed. The smaller bracelet could barely be closed but was so uncomfortably tight it would make him lose circulation in his hand. These were beautifully made- but I suggest adding additional length than what the creator said, so they will actually fit the customers. Even a little too lose would be better than way to tight that they don't close or fit. I also recommend the wider cuff bracelets should be even slightly bigger than the narrow cuff size… Just because of the more area it covers on the wrist. Because our wrist to our forearm extension widens. I really wish these would have worked out. I would have left a review sooner after purchase but I just gave the gift this Fathers Day weekend. I hate giving negative reviews. But the creator needs to be aware of sizing issues. Because if they don't fit the customers, the items are useless. I just am helping him be aware for future guests.
