If there is a problem at all, I ask that you contact me immediately. I've sold a thousand chandeliers and have not had one returned...and I feel that it's because I communicate through email and I send as many detailed photos of projects as possible. I have also sold hundreds of oil, watercolor and mixed-media works of art (and I have happy collectors).
