If there is a problem at all, I ask that you contact me immediately. Please save ALL Packing and Boxing materials until installed and please open immediately after receive to check on glass. All of my work requires signature confirmation due to value so someone must be available to sign. To date, I've sold several hundred chandeliers and have not had one returned...and I feel that it's because I communicate through email and I send as many detailed photos of projects as possible. But if you are unhappy with a chandelier, of course I'd accept a return with the chandelier being safely delivered back to my studio and your refund would happen at that point in time.
