Shipping Policy

Area served: All 50 States and some international markets. Shipping Methods: I ship custom glasswork all over the US using UPS, FEDEX or DSL. For larger custom works, specific crates will be created and shipped via art handlers. Shipping is not included in my quotes and is paid by the client.

Accepted Answer

All work is custom ordered and created for the client upon their request. 50% deposits are non-refundable. The deposit goes immediately to purchasing raw materials of glass and metal to initiate a project, as well as hire welders and my glassblowing team among other contractors. I do my best to accomplish all orders on time and I usually come ahead of most deadlines. There are no returns of custom ordered products. Thank you for your appreciation of custom made art glass lighting.
