The maker was so easy to deal with. We had a couple of challenges, nothing unusual, with the project but Kathryn was professional and responsive. I would highly recommend her if you want some creative work done!

Katherine did a fabulous job. She made personalized photo trivets with only a week notice for both my mother and mother-in-law for Mother's Day. She was able to ship both products out from one coast to the other without any problems. The communication was fantastic. Even though the final product was sight unseen from my end (since I had both shipped directly to the end user), I and my family members couldn't be happier. The ceramic trivet is beautiful.....as a photographer and artist,mspecializing in let portraits, I will keep this idea in mind when deciding on special occasion gifts for the animal lovers among my friends and family members
