Nov 25, 2016I was pleased with the overall project. I understand my painting had to be sized to fit the 6"x6" tile, but was disappointed that the complete design was cut. I am stilled happy with the craftsmanship by Kathy Bullis. The colors are exactly as I originally painted. Your website is difficult to maneuver. However, your customer service rep was prompt to reply, and he straightened things out.

Nov 25, 2017We are not happy with the finished product. The picture is blurry and out of focus on the trivet. If the photo that we sent wasn't of high enough quality, we would expect the company to advise us of that fact. We will not be giving this trivet as a gift as we had intended. We are very disappointed.
