Orders are shipped around the U.S. from Bloomington, Indiana. Shipping is via curbside freight or white-glove blanket wrap delivery, depending on the location.

Once a starting deposit is paid we begin work on the project and cannot refund the deposit. Every project is custom made to your specifications. For that reason refunds are not available. Your satisfaction is our first priority. Nathan will go out of his way to correct any issue you may have with the final result - even if this means creating another piece from scratch.
