i turned a "grandma" style hutch and an old magnavox record player into a custom-sized hutch for a specific kitchen's space. i painted the piece to match the customer's cabinets and added their accent green color in a faux "weathered copper" patina. you can see me make - and paint it here: https://www.youtube. com/watch?v=GnKdzDtub58
A Maker who has been a valued part of this community for several years.
Customers say that this Maker ships promptly after completing a project.
This Maker has consistently demonstrated excellence in craftsmanship and customer service.
I am an independent artist/artisan working exclusively in reclaimed, recycled, upcycled and found materials.
i make the useless useful again. i make worthless things priceless.
from conception, to making it to sweeping up, i am a one-man operation - by design.
my work is not for everyone. my customers are people who want truly unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that are made fairly and ethically from locally salvaged materials - with as small a footprint as i can muster.
i will make and ship things all over the united states (depending on size) but i prefer to work regionally (Boston to NYC and thereabouts).
listed on this page are some pieces i've made for others and some pieces i have available for sale. but what i really want to do is design and make what YOU want. let's do it!
be good,

For Chevy SideboardThere are not enough stars to give Tim. He is incredibly talented, thoughtful, considerate, communicative, timely, caring, and creative. The ultimate testimony to him is my current search for another project to work on together. He is a true pro and a genuinely good person.

For Square Reclaimed Coffee Table "The Monolith"I honestly can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Tim on this project. He is a truly gifted Maker, an artist in fact. Perhaps more importantly, he is a really good guy who takes the time and makes the effort to document and communicate the many steps that go into completing your project. He's got a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to work with. I'm currently brainstorming a new project that I probably don't "need" just so I can work with Tim again.

For Bar CartWe asked Tim to design a bar cart for us and he did a fantastic job. We gave him a budget and he came up with a great design for our cart. This included a sweet set of wheels made from old water valves. Tim was very responsive and helpful throughout the process, and if we need something else made we will be going back to Tim.
