i acquired this workbench and used it for another project, but was left with the best part of it, as it's seen here. this 30" X17"X2" ONE piece of wood was the heart of the bench, with an old, brass bench dog in the middle and a spot carved out for the old wood vise. i placed it atop an orang-painted scrap steel base and shellaced it. ready to go as a small coffee table or side table. stands 17" tall. this will ship greyhound express, which means you will need to pick it up at your nearest greyhound bus station. make sure that is an option before purchasing. other local pickup and delivery options are available. send me a message to discuss. thanks for looking! -tim

from conception, to making it to sweeping up, i am a one-man operation - by design.

my work is not for everyone. my customers are people who want truly unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that are made fairly and ethically from locally salvaged materials - with as small a footprint as i can muster.

i will make and ship things all over the united states (depending on size) but i prefer to work regionally (Boston to NYC and thereabouts).
