May 8, 2013Mr. Mitchell was the first to respond, the first to make a proposal, and his proposal was the best of several received. He was absolutely great in our communications (about design, construction, finishing, hardware, etc.) despite a somewhat awkward CustomMade website, and the box he made for my wife is just perfect and exactly what we wanted!!! All, including shipping, was at blazing speed. I can't say enough good things about this maker or his craftmanship on this project.

The detail he incorporated using the natural grain of the wood is beautiful.
