Spalted Maple Bowl
Spalted maple bowl turned from a local maple tree. The bowl has been finished in 6 coats of a food safe vanish, then buffed and waxed. This bowl features some beutiful spalting, worm holes, and a natural edge that truly set this bowl apart from others. Bowl measures appoximently 9" wide and 5" tall

For franklin library chair5.0Gerry was wonderful to work with. I had a franklin chair built by Woodplank and Wishes and a complete kitchen renovation done by another group and I wanted the chair to match the new kitchen. The chair looks great, it is well constructed and will be great for a short person to reach the top of ceiling cabinets. I would use Woodplank and Wishes in the future for specialty items.

For Wood music box Project4.5The music box was exactly what I was looking for. The design on top of the box was awesome and he was able to get the music for me as well. He took care of everything. My little girls love their music box. Thank you for the great craftsmanship.

For 5 Humidors2.5The humidors were the worst I have ever seen. I only received 4 out of the 5 humidors and the delivery was 11days late. Wood Glue is seen everywhere inside the lids, it looks like a rushed job and was not sealed properly. The photos of all of the humidors open was not posted prior to shipping. No enforcing components were used to secure the overall construction of each of the humidors received.
Blemishes in the wood with cracks are visible. The humidors is composed of wood glue and cut wood. I asked for unfinished exterior because I was going to finish the exterior. I got totally unfinished interior and exterior. With trays the vary in size and one actually has holes cut so be tha the cigars will fall through to the bottom.
I have waited time and energy and money on this project. I did not expect this to be handled this was. I am not satisfied with this at all due to it being incomplete.
I do know what the maker is going through personally and I do wish him well.

The detail he incorporated using the natural grain of the wood is beautiful.
