Due to the custom and made to order nature of my products, I do not offer refunds. Returns for exchange will only be allowed if the item is defective. Definition of a defective piece includes but is not limited to hairline fractures, the top lid doesn’t fit the bottom (on a memorial piece) or copy has been misspelled. Please keep in mind, these pieces are hand- crafted therefore, minor colour variations in opaqueness or a slight “wobbliness” in it’s standing are hallmarks of a fine hand-crafted piece and do NOT warrant a defective product. Improper use of the sealing glue does not warrant a defective product either. All authorized return works of art must be unused and in its original packaging.
