Due to the custom and made to order nature of my products, I do not offer refunds. Returns for exchange will only be allowed if the item is defective. Definition of a defective piece includes but is not limited to hairline fractures, the top lid doesn’t fit the bottom (on a memorial piece) or copy has been misspelled. Please keep in mind, these pieces are hand- crafted therefore, minor colour variations in opaqueness or a slight “wobbliness” in it’s standing are hallmarks of a fine hand-crafted piece and do NOT warrant a defective product. Improper use of the sealing glue does not warrant a defective product either. All authorized return works of art must be unused and in its original packaging. No return or exchange on works of art that shows signs of having been used, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. We reserve the right to refuse your return based on our return policy. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on order items will be allowed after the first 24 hours of an order.
