My name is James Perkins.
I am a Designer, Sculptor and Artist. I create unique indoor and outdoor metal sculpture, commercial sculpture, architectural metal sculpture, metal wall art, hand forged chandeliers, metal furnishings, functional art, metal furniture and metal decor for your home, business, galleries, house of worship, public art domains and professional settings.
I offer a one of a kind craftsmanship in American Metal Art and Metal Sculpture incorporating skills from traditional to contemporary metal crafting arts. I seek projects that will stimulate creativity to develop heirloom art work and decor.
Unlike others, I create and manufacture all projects myself. This is to ensure firm communication and the up most quality at every step involved creating truly authentic art. I work with Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, Copper, Ornamental Iron, Inconel, Steel, Structural Steel, Stainless Steels, Titanium and Zinc. I keep my clients involved and informed during every stage of our commissioned build.
My focus is on creating one of a kind pieces and seek clients wishing the same.

Jun 16, 2016Jim is a very skilled artisan when it comes to sculptures. We had given Jim a design when we started, and he truly made it his own. We originally suggested to replicate some traditional elements for our project, but he wanted to design something original, one of a kind. He researched our community and our traditional elements on his own, and created something that is truly one of a kind. We were so happy with the design he came up with and wanted to see it completed as per his vision. While the overall project took longer than expected, the final product was well worth the wait. This was the first project of its kind that Jim took on, so the extra time and cost was understandable, but again the final product far exceeded our expectations and everyone involved in this project from our side was so happy how it turned out. We are looking forward to working with Jim and his team again on future projects!!

Feb 2, 2017James was so attentive and kept us informed with pictures and ideas during the whole build process. The coat rack we asked for is simply stunning. We asked for seamless joints with no screws showing, and James came up with a brilliant and beautiful idea to wrap pounded copper bands around the joint areas.
