Luster Dining Table

Exactly the table I wanted.
James @ Artisan Metal Designs maintained an ongoing dialogue throughout the entire creation process and made sure any thoughts I had where properly addressed. James provided an initial sketch, photos of the materials, made a small model, and sent regular image updates of his progress.
James delivered an exceptional quality console table and is a true asset to the Custom Made community.

I couldn’t recommend James more… When we couldn’t initially identify a font type I liked, he brought in a new font, which required retooling his process in order to accommodate me. His communication was top-notch. The finished product…“BEAUTIFUL!”

James Perkins is excellent. He was great to work with on the design and sent me updates on the project constantly. He was vey open to design suggestions and created exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend him highly.

I Thought the communication was good , but I guess it was not ! The original Gate that I wanted 6ft Cooper Tree Gate was going to be to expensive for me, so James and I decided and agreed on an Insert for a gate I was going to make. My original message of what I wanted and the PICTURE of what I wanted had a Tree with lots of twisted branches and knots, less body to it ! But the Insert I received from James did not have that. He had sent me pictures of the sketches before cutting out and I told him, It has to much trunk not enough branches and twists to it. Then he redid his sketches, the next was better but still no twists and knots but agreed on it. The delivery date was a week or two later then original date when first submitted. He did put the Insert into a very nice shipping box. When I opened the box it looked like the picture he had sent to me but thought it would look the same on the back as well .. (because in was an INSERT) I was under the impression it would look the same but it had an unfinished look to it. James was very good about calling and asking how it was, when I told him what I thought I it was going to look like, he said send it back and he could fix it. Well I would have done that if it would not have been so late by the time I received it. I just told him I could make it work. I my self do not think I got my moneys worth and did not get what I wanted. But it is Unique and One of a Kind Custom Made! James has stayed in contact with me and tried to be very helpful when I was trying to find the kind of wood I want for the Insert and Gate. He has contacted me several times to check on the progress of the Gate. But the weather has turned bad and finishing of the Gate has been difficult. Over All I really liked James and his work but do not think I got what I really wanted! Wish I could send you a picture of what I wanted and what I got . But like I said it is Unique and One of a Kind Custom Made. and I do like that.
