Medieval Fire Place Tools
Custom made fire poker set. Hand forged and machined stainless steel components. The base is a gear reclaimed from the bell housing of a large truck and adds a heart of character to the piece. As with most of my work it is largely spontaneous and the materials I use tend to dictate what it becomes while I create it.

I am a 30 year old metalsmith specializing in custom metal fabricating, blacksmithing and jewelry. I wake up every morning breathing ideas in metal. Its such great stuff! I wouldn't have named my new son, Eisen, german for "Iron" if I wasn't sure he'd grow up a blacksmith just like me and love metal like me. No pressure of course, I will let him do whatever he wants.
I pride myself in working with clients to create unique functional art pieces, objects and furniture that can stand alone and make a statement as well as accompany their surroundings to improve the current atmosphere. This can apply to furniture, jewelry and sculpture all the same.
When possible I employ the use of recycled materials and resources to create my custom projects. I feel this is a vital component in creating original work and in many ways contributes to a more unique creation with built in history.

We received them ahead of schedule and they were even nicer then the pictures portrayed. Quality and precision you only get from a craftsman/artist. Would definitely order from him again.
