Area served: I work out of my home on Long Island but can ship many of the items. Shipping Methods: customer pays packaging and insured shipping, either USPS or UPS.

Due to the custom and fragile nature if my items, I do not take returns once I begin work. I work closely with the customer to design their item and begin work only after customer approves design and the total cost of the item. Then they make a deposit which is half the total minus the shipping and is non refundable. The shipping cost is determined based on size and weight after packaging. Then customer pays remainder of item plus the shipping cost.
