Art of the Soul: Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time the ashes are received for shipping. MANY times the order will be ready much quicker. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal. I take great pride in my work and every effort will be made to create the item exactly as you order. Due to the properties of fused glass, the exact size and design may vary and cannot be guaranteed. The small "blemishes" and "imperfections" found in fused glass add character and uncommon beauty.
