Baptismal Font - Our Savior's Lutheran Church
This Baptismal Font was created for Our Savior's Lutheran Church in College Station, Texas. The sanctuary is filled with deep blues, aquas, and ambers. The bowl is 17" wide, 5.5" deep and 1/2" thick. The beveled and polished lip is completely flat and glossy. The clients wanted a bowl that would tie together all of the colors of the room and still allow the liturgical decor to coordinate throughout the seasons. Their request was to have a design where the colors would evoke the feel of running water.

Working with Interior Designers, Architects, Clergy, Special Event Coordinators, and directly with residential homeowners, our studio has created exciting interior accents including; cast glass vessel sink basins, tall vase glass centerpieces, personalized wall decor, cast glass bar tops, pendant lighting and sconces.
Having worked with all denominations of clergy, we have created pieces for numerous churches and synagogues across Texas. We are proud to undertake your congregations projects including; Baptismal Bowls, Ner Tamid, Lighting, Memorial Plaques, etc.
We approach each project mindful of the needs and specifics of the individual environment and it's users. Our creative approach and inspiration come from the explosive energy of the natural and physical world, and the diversity and contradiction of emotion. The highest standards of technical execution and functionality are always at the forefront of every design project. We strive to create pieces that evoke excitement, convey movement, achieve balance, and stand apart.
Our work has been featured in numerous exhibitions and is installed in public spaces and private collections throughout the region.

Gail was excellent at communicating about the design process and the visual elements that were important to us. She kept us in the loop throughout the process, sending photo updates of the glass strips she had selected to match our sanctuary stained glass as well as other stages of the process. It shipped on time and arrived safely.
