Solvolaré cities are built with a cantilevered design -balancing off center using counter weights (metal rings of salvaged steel surrounding the sun and moon) Manually set in motion by hand or through a small optional actuator for continual motion -This piece will stay in motion for 45 minutes on it's own before coming to rest again, balanced as shown
