Made from reclaimed solid oak with mortise and tenon joinery, they are tough and durable, yet their scooped seat design makes them snug and comfortable! The foot rest also features salvaged metal roof tin for extra long wear. We have several of these in restaurants and bars and they hold up to any abuse! Custom made to your exact specifications at time of ordering from wood harvested over 100 years ago and salvaged from a 1901 orchard barn in the Shenandoah Valley that was scheduled for demolition. Rich with character and history, the dramatic grain of the old wood will bring a warmth and depth to your home bar that can't be achieved any other way.
