Initial follow-up communications took a while, but when I got to the right place after a few emails, Mike was very helpful with suggestions for lessening the impact of water stains using Danish oil. Shipping was certainly secure, but the shipping company would not disengage the table from the pallet and left that to me. Fortunately, I had helpful friends and neighbors.
