To complete its authentic country look, the hinges and pull are made by hand from wrought iron by our blacksmith working on his forge for a look you just can't get any other way! Shown here in wormy chestnut and antique lath backing at 24 x 16 x 4, it is sealed with multiple coats of heavy duty polyurethane to hold up to long use. Custom woods, stains and dimensions available - if you can imagine it, we can build it!

    Very happy with the chairs we received from the Strong Oaks Woodshop. The photos do not do justice to the final product. These chairs are very sturdy and each one is unique. Great attention to detail. Communication was very good throughout the project and chairs came well packaged and undamaged. Overall expectations were exceeded. You could not find a set of mass produced chairs that come close to these in quality and uniqueness. Highly recommend!

    These stools arrived weeks late, but when they arrived they did look good at first. Then I realized that there were sharp edges on the back rests that ripped clothing. Then the wood on the seats began to crack. I tried to contact the maker. It has been over 5 weeks and he has not responded.
